TRADE UNION
11 members of the trade union of the Republican Research and Practice Mental Health Center were elected on October 15, 2014 at the reporting and elective trade union conference.
The total number of the members of the primary trade union organization of the Republican Research and Practice Mental Health Center is 975, i.e. 86% of the staff.
The trade union organization consists of 45 trade union groups. Each group has personal data on each employee. There are the databases on multi-child families, low-income families, disabled, labour veterans, retirement and pre-retirement age persons, Chernobyl liquidators, international warriors and preschool-age children.
The trade union committee performs its activities in accordance with the calendar work plan of the public commissions and the general work plan of the trade union. The members of the committee consider the issues relating to the arrangement of mass, cultural and sport events, trainings of the members, coordination with the youth and housing problems.
The collective agreement regulates the labour, social and economic relations between the employees of the Republican Research and Practice Mental Health Center. The objective of the collective agreement is to ensure a sustainable social and economic development, work efficiency, fair salary, occupational health and safety, effective performance of the center, regulation of labour relations and any other relations associated therewith on the basis of the social partnership.
