The procedure for the reference to the republican research and practice mental health center
We accept referrals issued by:
- an addiction psychiatrist of an early treatment clinic, psychiatric room or addiction counseling room;
- an addiction psychiatrist of the consultation outpatient department of the Republican Research and Practice Mental Health Center;
- researchers of the Republican Research and Practice Mental Health Center, departments of psychiatry and medical psychology of Belarusian State Medical University, the departments of psychiatry and addiction medicine of Belarusian Medical Academy of Post-Graduate Education;
- an addiction psychiatrist of the medical commission of a district military commissariat;
- an addiction psychiatrist if a specialized psychiatric medical rehabilitation expert board;
- an addiction psychiatrist of an inpatient social service establishment;
- an addiction psychiatrist of the healthcare system of the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Committee for State Security, Ministry for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, inpatient departments of medical evaluation of the state medical forensic evaluation service;
- a psychotherapist of a healthcare provider;
- senior specialists of the healthcare department of regional executive committees, the healthcare committee of Minsk City Executive Committee;
- a chief of the healthcare department of a regional executive committee, a chairperson and deputy chairpersons of the healthcare committee of Minsk City Executive Committee;
- a chief psychiatrist of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarusstry of Health of the Republic of Belarus;
- a chief addiction physician of a healthcare provider under the Ministry of Health;
- chiefs of the departments and divisions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus;
- the Minister of Health and Deputy Ministers of Health of the Republic of Belarus.
Patients are admitted in accordance with medical indications.
